Tanya discusses the different opportunities between listing now or in the spring….
Tanya Rankin: Hi! It’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. I’m getting a ton of people asking me. People that are listed with me just general public that’s phoning and calling. And the big question right now seems to be, should we list now or wait and list in the spring? And I thought I address it today because. I guess people are thinking that maybe the spring is the stronger season to sell. But I think it’s so important you keep in mind that basic supply and demand will come in to affected that time and if everybody is decided that they’re gonna hold off and wait and sell in the spring. Of course we all know that the inventory will rise and when there’s an excess of an inventory it’s gonna affect the values in that respect. So my advice is I don’t really see anything here in our local economic climate changing over the course of the next three or four months. Of course I have no way of predicting that for sure but I would say base your plans on today and go ahead with whatever seems to fill right. It’s an exciting time for real estate right now and the Cariboo as well. You have to be price tight in order to sell but if your wiling to do that things are moving and I don’t know. I think it’s gonna be a fun time to have things on the market that are really nice and unique. So if you have any questions. You can always email me at tanya@tanyarankin.com and I hope you have a great week.
