Allowing People To Do A Credit Check Can Actually Reduce Your Overall Credit!
Tanya Rankin: Hi it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. Pre-approvals and credit score when you going to get pre-approved they pre-approved you based on all the information that you provide them with at that time. Now if you go out and vehicle shop and allow each dealer to run a credit app or credit cheque on you in order to consider buying a vehicle it actually reduces your overall credit score and competentially affect you from being able to get that mortgage. Every single time that somebody runs a credit cheque on you it decreases your score it’s the craziest thing you maybe don’t even use that money and tend use that money or make the purchase but the minute you start allowing people to run a credit cheque reduces your credit score and CMHC rules require a certain level if you go out drop below that whether you are pre-approved or not you may not be buying a house or a mortgage. If you have any questions send me an email anytime to tanya@tanyrankin.com and I hope you have a fantastic week.
