Tanya Rankin Discusses The Supply And Demand Of Selling In The Winter
Tanya Rankin: Hi it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. Were entering into the typical slower season for real estate sales here in Cariboo. Of course naturally moving in the winter isn’t as desirable as other times of the year especially when its often below minus ten we have a lot of snow it’s a little bit more difficult but I want to express how at that time of the year. It doesn’t mean you should pull your home off the market often this is when there’s only the serious buyers looking so you may have less showings but the very serious about buying when they’re looking at this time of the year and there’s a little less competition. Whenever there’s a little less competition basic supply and demand come into effect and sometimes you can actually achieve a slightly higher price simply base on the fact that there isn’t as much selection so if you are on the market at this time and you’re hoping for your home to sell it could be a great time for sales as well. If you have any questions send me an email anytime to tanya@tanyarankin.com and I hope you have a fantastic week!
