Tanya Rankin discusses how at the promise of warmer weather the real estate market will quickly change.
Tanya Rankin: Hi It’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. I know my last video blog I expressed how the winter can make the market quite slow here in the Cariboo but what’s really interesting is just as we hit that cusp of winter potentially ending and spring sort of being on the horizon. All of the sudden a lot of the listings they have kind of been stale and sat for an extended period of time through the long cold winter months where all of the sudden get heaps of attention and in a lot of cases demand multiple offers. It’s a really unusual situation that happens here and the inventory will get extremely low so thats happening right now and if you thinking of selling it could be a better time because the inventory is dropped to an absolute bare of minimum and for those buyers that are serious about buying a home at this time of the year the selection is so limited so if you’re somebody thinking of selling is an excellent time. If you have any questions send me an email to tanya@tanyarankin.com and I hope you have a fantastic week!
