Tanya discusses low offers…
Tanya Rankin: Hi it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. I wanted to talk to about I had an offer come in this weekend and it was a little lower than the homeowner expected it to be. And she was a little bit offended by and I want it to express how important it is to realize. It’s not an intention to offend or make somebody feel bad when a lower offer comes in. It’s just part of the process of buying and selling real estate. Often that home is just a product at this point to the potential buyer. It’s not an attached emotional investment yet so they don’t looked at it quite the same way the whole homeowner does and ultimately I think its really important to keep in mind that we want a common goal of getting a price together of both the buyer and the seller happy with in they can live with. So I point that to my client and they’re really happy now and we did ending up the deal together which is great. But I just wanted to point out don’t be offended it’s part of the process of buying and selling real estate. People love to negotiate and they don’t mean to offend anybody its just the way the business can be done at times. So if you have any questions on offers or anything else related to real estate. You can always email me at tanya@tanyarankin.com and I hope you have a great week!
