Tanya Rankin: Good morning! It’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. Don’t normally do a mid-week video blog. But I was going through the MLS stats and data late last night and analyzing just the different trans and changes that I’m seeing in the market place. And I always look at the past 10 days data when I’m doing that. And I thought that it was a bit interesting so we wanted to share it with you. That there’s been 25 new listings which is quite normal, 11 homes that have successfully sold but 27 price reductions. What’s that telling me is that a lot of people are realizing that in order to get the buyers into their home and get it successfully sold their needing to adjust their price a little bit. And it’s nothing to be alarmed about, there’s still lots of good strong activity in the market and actually lots of buyer out there. But they’re extremely picky on price. So if your thinking that you want to get your homes sold and your thinking about calling someone to give you an evaluation. It’s so important that you don’t use old data. Four, five, six months ago that’s too old now. We need to use current sales data and analyze it from that point so that we can price your property really sharp and get a successful sale.
