Why in this fickle market it’s more important than ever to keep an open mind…
Tanya Rankin: Good morning! It’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. I’ve had quiet a few people lately that want to express to me or tell me their bottom line on their homes. So we list the house and at the same time they say just so you know my bottom line is. And I guess I just really want to express or tell everybody right now were on a very very very funny market and. I think that the probably the most realistic and best way to approach selling your home or dealing with an offer is to keep an open mind. I know it will be nice to say my bottom line is or I won’t sell for this and that. And if you don’t want to sell you can say whatever you want and stick to it but the reality is I trying to say wait until the offer comes in we’ll cross the bridge together and every scene and scenarios is different.
