Tanya discusses lakeshore and how you still need to be priced correctly in order sell it….
Tanya Rankin: Good morning it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. Back from vacation in few days rest and of course spring break for the kids everyone’s getting in their routines this morning and I wnat to know what’s with lakeshore. All the years I’ve been in real estate it’s either piping piping hot or ice ice cold. And when the market is strong it seems that everybody wants a piece of lake shore but when the market gets a little bit soft everybody wants to unload their lake shore and it’s ice cold you can’t give it away and the funny thing about lake shore is everyone who owns some of it thinks its a gold mine. And I own lake shore too so I understand that feeling because I tend to get caught up on it as well but the reality is if your serious about selling your lake shore you still need to be price bang on and people don’t want to over pay for like lake shore anymore they want to over pay for any other piece of real estate. So keep that in mind if your serious about wanting to sell your lake shore property it’s still needs to be priced correctly in order to get it sold. No one wants to pay a premium simply because it’s lakeshore it’s still has only a certain dollar value that it can achieve in any market.
