Tanya discusses the emotional roller coaster a home owner can experience when their home gets an offer on it right away, and of course the opposite feeling when you fear it may never sell.
Tanya Rankin: Good morning it’s Tanya Rankin in Downtown Williams Lake. It’s game day today Canucks are going in the game seven against Chicago. I’m wearing my Canucks t-shirt to support the team compliment of the infamous Ian Watt and I want to talk to you about properties that are ready to sell in this spring market when you ever property that price right, it stage well, it’s in a great location and it show home ready we want to demand top dollar and get activity the minute we put up the sign and it’s not on common that it’s gonna happen especially when were in peak selling season. But it’s still a natural feeling if you get an offer really quick on your home I’ve been in real estate over eighteen years and in that time it is so common that you can’t help and feel like did I under sell and I guess what I want to say is when you price your home properly at the peak selling season you should get an offer on a fairly quickly because ultimately that’s our goal if you sell it too quick you will feel you sold it too low if it takes a little too long you feel like do why can’t make my realtor sell my properties. So if you want those people that has your house show home ready and you get an offer right away. That’s the best case scenario a person can hope for. If you have any questions at all send me an email to tanya@tanyarankin.com and I hope you have a great week! Go Canucks!
