Tanya Rankin video blogs about looking into the possibility of shocking your well before you sell.
Tanya Rankin: Hi it's Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. Didn't video blog last week cause I snuck away for a few quality days with my youngest daughter in the city but came home to a couple of different inspection that I had and activity on a few transactions and one of the things that happens sometimes here in the Cariboo with respect to wells is they do what's call the probability test and they check the way what kind of minerals in the water if the water in the well. It's to do with the well and whether that water is drinkable or usable. And it quite often little say that the well need shocking or need some work done in I guess what I want to say to anybody that's selling a home that they have a well. Want to do a preventive maintenance and shock that well and make sure that system is good and clean because sometimes what happens is even though it's a really easy process to do that. It can make a buyer get a bit of cold feet even though it's not a major concern. It's a sort of like saying the gather is were full of pine needles and the home inspection and somebody getting a panic into about in it. It's a minor thing but a little preventative maintenance goes a long ways. If you have any questions send me an email anytime to tanya@tanyarankin.com and I hope you have a fantastic week!
