Tanya Rankin: Hi, it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. Was doing a little research over the weekend and came across a statistic that I found was staggering. In the entire province of British Columbia, Williams Lake has been ranked second for the most number hours of sunshine per year. The only city that is on top of us is Cranbrook, which I think is amazing. I have always absolutely loved Williams Lake, the lifestyle it offers, the temperature, the climate, the weather pattern here, but I had no idea we would rate so high especially considering we would be up against the Okanagan and a lot of other places that are known for their sunshine.
