Williams Lake Real Estate and Tanya Rankin Wishing You A Merry Christmas
Tanya Rankin: Hi it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. It’s gonna be my last video blog of the year I’m gonna take some time to get ready for the holiday season, to get my buyers moved in to their homes and usually at this time of the year the real estate market slows down to a dull, dull roar. Simply because unless you have to make a move, house hunting isn’t on top of your listing priorities like the Christmas wish list. And at this time of the year I find the weather gets really cold we had really early cold cold snap that last it for 7 to 10 days here which often causes people to wanna get inside cuddle up, snuggle up and not have to think about moving. Some people pull their house off the market thinking that activity is super slow they don’t want to move in the winter and buyers of course if you're not force to move on that time of the year considering find a preferable time to think about house hunting that doesn't mean real estate doesn’t still sell it this time of the year in fact supply and demand can often slightly unbalance because a lot of people pull their homes off the market which means there's less competition for those of you who want to still sell and are willing to move at this time of the year. Either way the number of sales and the volume of sales this year is almost exactly on par of last year at this time I’m gonna be able to start the new off with an update of exactly where that went and in the meantime I hope you have an amazing festive holiday season and I hope for to seeing in 2014. Have a fantastic December.
