Tanya Rankin and Williams Lake Real Estate talk about the benefits to working with one agent.
Tanya Rankin: Hi it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. I had to do a change of venue due to extreme heat wave we are going on out here I couldn’t venture outside my vehicle in a 38 degrees as I realize I might melt. Either way I wanted to talk to you about choosing an agent that you wanna work with because I was out showing with the client just this past weekend and they said oh yeah we’ve been working with a quite few realtors we used to call the name on the sign and always in this industry it’s a little bit of misconception that you need to call the name of the realtor thats on the sign. I don’t know if it’s a misconception or just the people feel more comfortable so I asked if there’s a reason why they would doing that. And they said they always feel that somehow they’re avoiding us step they’re avoiding having a contact to an agent who has another contact to another agent, who has to verify they have another appointment and get back to the same chain of command. So what I wanting to trying like to know is how important it is if you’re comfortable letting the realtor make those calls for you because establishing a really solid relationship with one agent is only gonna be able to give you amazing service the more they show you homes the better sense of what you're looking for and the better opportunity that you are gonna be able to have really service you need.
