Tanya Rankin: Hi it's Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. Wanted to mention how important it is to analyze each individual property on their own that I don't really agree with low balling a house or property that priced right and especially when it's only been on the market for a very short time. Short time to me is probably under that two week period for sure and it's so important to really trust and respect the professional you are working with that they're able to guide you and point out whether or not a property is priced about where it needs to be in order to successfully sell because low balling a property that well priced is actually gonna do you more damage than good and potentially we probably end up paying more for that property that had come in with good strong first offer. It gets a seller back up it can possibly can offend them but more importantly they recognize that they property properly in the first place and where it needed to be in order to sell it.
