Every now and then I get an opportunity or an offer to work for somebody to list their home for sale and sometimes I have to say no, and I think a lot of times people are offended and they also feel that as a realtor you never turn down business or you should take everylisting that comes your way. Unfortunately due to the fact that I believe I’m a true professional there’s time when I just don’t think that I’m the best suite agent for that match or for that property. Sometimes it’s just even I can tell that my business philosophy and the potential clients maybe don’t align. I think that in order to maintain a certain level of service every now and then I have to be true to myself and say “Thank you very much for the opportunity but it’s just not right for me” please don’t take offense to it or think you’re a bad person, it’s just a business call that sometimes I need to make.
