Tanya Rankin talks about the past 14 days activity and the fall market.
Tanya Rankin: Good Morning, it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. It’s another clear blue day here in the Cariboo and I feel like it’s a great time for me to give A LITTLE Bit of an update on what’s been happening in the market. I always say that fall is one of our really strong selling seasons. This fall is proving to be exactly the way I would have like to see it happen. In the past 14 days we have had 32 new listings, 24 price reductions, which is still the trickledown effect or the aftershock of people that were just not ready to come to terms that they were priced too high earlier in the year and throughout that slower summer months, and we have 19 sold listings. As you know when the market is nice and active I always like the listings to the number of selling to be about 50% and right now we are well over that which is proving true that this fall market has been extremely active and the clear blue skies and sunshine is obviously really helping here, and we're going to have another good 6-8 weeks left of strong selling time before we move into that little bit of a slower Christmas lull. If you have any questions send me an email anytime to firstname.lastname@example.org and I hope you have a fantastic week.
