Tanya Rankin Talks ABout How People Preview Real Estate And If They Don't See The Value They Don't Bring An Offer
Tanya Rankin: Hi, it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. I wanted to talk to you about the reality of pricing. I don’t know where people came up with the concept that if properties are priced high, people can still make an offer and they will result in a successful sale. There were those anomalies that happen but pricing your property 50, 60, 70 thousand dollars over what the market can actually bare doesn’t enable us to get people in the door. The other thing that is now really prominent now in real estate sales is people preview the property by access to the internet, it gives them such a diverse opportunity to view the property that they don’t necessarily need to get inside it if they don’t see the value from the
preliminary preview they get from the internet. Think about that when you’re pricing your property and you want to price it higher than the market will bare. If you have any questions send me an email anytime to tanya@tanyarankin.com and I hope you have a fantastic week.
