Hi it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. I gonna continue on a little bit from my video blog last week where I talked about the importance from a seller’s perspective of getting multiple buyers to your home. And what I really want to make sure I express is there are situations where getting an offer really quickly is important and in that case it’s completely fine for you as a seller to consider the best offer that you feel suit your needs. For example if you have an offer on another home you may not have that luxury of time you need to get an offer accepted so that you can proceed on your next purchase, but if you have at least a few days that you feel you can generate more activity and interest on your home you really should do it. It’s a lot more work for your realtor and the person representing your best interest because they’re dealing with bookings of multiple showings possibly stress of multiple offers which could also be a little bit stressful for you. But in order to maximize that highest and best price for your home sometimes that’s the absolute best way to go about it, especially in the market like we are in Williams Lake right now where there is a strong of set of supply and demand. There’s very little supply which is enabling people to get that a little bit more of premium price by giving it the exposure to multiple buyers and potentially getting more agents for your home. If you have any questions send me an email anytime to tanya@tanyarankin.com and I hope you have a fantastic week!
