Tanya Rankin video blogs about Williams Lake being a good real estate market but certainly price sensitive.
Tanya Rankin: Hi it's Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. There's a huge difference between a slow market and one that's price sensitive and a lot of people that feel that the market here in Williams Lake is really slow but that's not the case at all there's a ton of activity lots of sales but it is price sensitive if you don't have your home price where it needs to be it's not gonna sell but the reality is the inventory homes on the market is that a low for the whole year. And that's not totally abnormal cause a lot of people don't want to sell on a dead winter but a lot of inventory has also sold this year and there's tons of buyers and there's a lot of inventory getting in up but not if your not your price right so keep that in mind. There's a big difference between slow market and just making sure that things are priced where they need to be in order to sell and the reality is the market dictates value doesn't matter what anyone else tells you buyers and the market dictate value.
