Tanya Rankin: Hi, it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. The funny thing about pricing properties is when they're priced properly you don’t have to negotiate so much off the asking price. People get caught up in the idea that whenever you see a property you need to come in with a offer that is substantially less than the asking price. But in all reality a lot of homes when they're priced right are selling are selling between 96- 89% sometimes even 100% of the asking price. When a property goes into multiple offers or a single properties gets 1, 2, 3, 4 offers on it within the first few days the reality is its good value, its justified, its right where it needs to be in order to successfully sell. As a potential Buyer you don’t need to come in with an offer that is far less than the asking price because part of the reason you want the property is you recognized its great value which means its priced right.
