Tanya Rankin Discusses The Importance Of Having A Little Heat For These Spring Showings!
Tanya Rankin: Hi it’s Tanya Rankin in Williams Lake. At this time of the year we often turn our heat down in the morning or completely off. We maybe do at all times of the year but at this time of the year it’s very noticeable if u have a morning showing remember you’ve got to provide the potential buyer with some warmth in that home. There’s two things that happen if they walk into a little ice box; one is all they can think about is ber i wanna get out of this home back to my car onto the next home because I’m freezing while trying to look at the property and the second thing that happened is often their mind wants to wonder and they think potentially the home is poorly insulated or there’s something wrong with the home that’s leaving it so cold. So if you want your home to showcase to its best to all the buyers that are gonna be looking at this time of the year before we really get into that warm summer heat please remember especially in morning showings turn a little bit of heat on, take the chill off make the buyers feel relax, welcomed and cozy inside that home, it will help us do a great job of getting you top dollar for your property. If you have any questions send me an email anytime to tanya@tanyarankin.com and I hope you have a fantastic week!
